| Tóm tắt : | The Action plan for the health sector response to HIV in the WHO European Region is a continuation of the work began by and lessons learnt from the European Action plan for HIV/AIDS 2012–2015. This Action plan promotes a public health approach, comprehensive combination HIV prevention, access to HIV testing and offering treatment to all people living with HIV, including children, adolescents, adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people with coinfections. It guides Member States to ensure implementation of an essential package of HIV services that are people centred, accessible and appropriate to the national context, with a particular focus on key populations. The plan was finalized following guidance from the Twenty-third Standing Committee for the Regional Committee for Europe and endorsed at the 66th session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe, along with Regional Committee resolution EUR/RC66/R9. vii + 38 p. |
