40 p. In 2016, the Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region (ASPHER) reached the half-century mark. Founded in 1966, ASPHER works hand in hand with numerous stakeholders to safeguard and to strengthen public health education and training of public health professionals for both practice and research. Representing the schools and departments of public health in the European region, ASPHER is at the forefront of innovation in education and training in the face of complexhealth problems, trying to address them with the best possible knowledge and expertise.
