As part of a coordinated response effective RCCE can help countries continue to drive down COVID-19 cases while simultaneously learning to live with COVID-19 in the longer term. This short framework produced by the World Health Organization (WHO) the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is intended to guide countries of the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Region IFRC and UNICEF’s Middle East and North Africa Regions in developing their approaches to RCCE. |
