| Tóm tắt : | 35 p. This mapping project is the first regional mapping of after action review (AAR) and simulation exercise (SimEx) activities conducted in the WHO European Region. The aim of the study is to improve the use of the results of AARs and SimExs in assessing and strengthening countries’ capacities and capabilities. The main objectives of this research are: (1) analysis of the nature and range of AAR and SimEx activities within the WHO European Region; (2) identification of the procedures used by the performed AARs and SimExs; (3) analysis of the results of AARs and SimExs performed in relation to the 13 technical areas under the IHR (2005); and (4) provision of recommendations for the implementation of lessons learned at national level. This information will be used to identify gaps, best practices, lessons identified and opportunities to improve the Region´s preparedness and response to PHEs. |
