Tóm tắt :

Dipterocarp forest ecosystems are uniqueness, rare on the world. Dipterocarp forest was being formed in the hash conditions so difficult to replace by other crops, especially monoculture agriculture, industrial plants. It’s typical ecosystem in Central Highlands and Dak Lak province bring various values such as biodiversity, capacity to absorb and store CO2 but the people not enough to awareness about the value of biodiversity also ecological potential and “was seen” with less economically valuable after years of logging.Estimating, monitoring CO2 absorbed for large area we are need forest biomass data, carbon stored on the maps by space and time. Therefore, building the relationships between biomass factor, carbon stock with digital value for dipterocarp forest that vital, mean, the direction should be to acquire and develop to support for provide CO2 emission data when Vietnam participate in REDD+. The value from the research result satellite image interpretation and management in ArcGIS software through allometric equations model showed the dipterocarp forest in Ea Soup and Ea Hleo distric (Dak Lak province): Total area is 125,404.8 hectares, Total biomass above and below under ground of trees is 8,156,667.6 tons. Total carbon stored is 4,093,501.1 tons in forest. Total CO2 absorbed is 15,023,149.1 tons.
